Stanislav Efremov
Founder & Chief Executive Officer | Make Capital
Stanislav Efremov is a financial technology executive with over 25 years of experience in trading technology, institutional financial services, software development and business leadership.
Before leading Make Capital, Stanislav held senior management positions within the international financial services industry, including key leadership roles at Alpari UK, where he served as Global Head of Trading and DMA Technologies and Global Head of Development. Throughout his career, he has led large technology and trading teams, overseeing the development of trading platforms, liquidity management solutions, execution systems and risk management infrastructure.

Stanislav founded Make Capital in 2014, initially focusing on developing trading technology and infrastructure for hedge funds and institutional clients. The company’s early development centred on MetaTrader 4 (MT4) technology, proprietary bridge solutions and connectivity with institutional liquidity providers.
Since becoming CEO in 2017, Stanislav has guided Make Capital’s technology development, strategic partnerships and international business expansion.
In 2024, Make Capital entered a new phase of growth, expanding into the retail trading market and obtaining MetaTrader 5 (MT5) technology to complement its existing infrastructure. The company also established a regulated presence in South Africa, marking an important milestone in its international development.
Today, Make Capital continues to develop its trading services and technology capabilities, supported by teams in Malaysia and Hong Kong and a growing presence across the Asia-Pacific region.
As Founder and CEO, Stanislav remains focused on building a sustainable financial services business through technology innovation, operational excellence and long-term partnerships.
